Chris Marks of 3 Little Pigs BBQ (an 8 time American Royal Champion) will be hosting some cooking seminars at the 3rd Annual Smoke N Fire BBQ Contest (non-sanctioned) in Ballwin, Missouri on September 29th & 30th. I just got word of this contest yesterday, and registration is closing VERY soon, but they have 80 teams signed up to date. This contest is a non-sanctioned event, and Frank, owner of Smoke N Fire, wants to keep it a fairly 'local' event, but certainly welcomes interested teams. I don't have any other details yet, but hope to be getting more in the next couple of days. ---> Certified BBQ Judges are always appreciated and needed for contests!
